	Configuration file for IAS 20 km resolution.

initial condition is from North Atlantic grid (NATL)
for day 366.75

boundary file (open BC) is extracted until day 2011.

forcing file is climatology from COADS, that is what is
used for NATL. At least the one I have.

gridfile has been retouched again to correct minor 
bogus values in the mask.

Topography is matched with NATL at open boundary using
a buffer of 10 points inside the OBC. The transition from 
the NATL bath to the IAS is done using a cos(pi/2)
